The hotel location is convenient and close to coffee shops. the rooms were found to be clean and accommodating. the coffee/tea machine at the reception was a nice addition. Despite being cramped, the room offers a comfortable bed and hot shower, suitable for one or two nights.

Some rooms experienced noise from rolling suitcases and people walking up and down the stairs. the bed comforter was too thick, making some guests wake up sweaty overnight.

I loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, almost everything was spotless, and very well taken care of. The staff was attentive and helpful. Additionally, the location of this hotel made it very easy to get around the city and explore.

Although the rooms were quite clean, some are located in noisy areas, such as those near the stairs or elevators, which made it difficult to sleep properly. the comforter on the bed was a bit too thick, and temperature control was challenging, which made me wake up in the middle of the night feeling either sweaty or cold.

The elevated containers in some of the rooms vibrate with each footstep and make it very hard to get a good night's sleep. the room temperature was confusing with the comforter being too hot and then too cold without it.
